The 2020 edition of the Warriorrs Tour CTT ends

Club Tennis Tarragona has been the protagonist during the week of one of the tests of the Circuit Warriors Tour 2020, this year has had as protagonists the players and the strict measures of prevention of contagion against the Covid-19. The entrance control for everyone who has wanted to access the facilities of the Park Zone has been present during the days , both in terms of players and companions in order to preserve the health of all attendees, members and members of the organization, to whom we would like to thank for their understanding and solidarity.
In this year's edition, 173 players, national and international, took part to compete in this long-awaited event with the hope of winning the points needed to advance to the National and European Phase.
In the Women's Benjamin category, Laia Lozano, from CT Torelló, defeated Lledó Bou, from Villareal (Castellón) by the result of 5-4 (9) 4-1 while the revelation of the tournament, the canary Paul Wallmeier , went beat Luca Daraban , of the RCTB 1899, by 4-2 4-0 in the Men’s Benjamin final. In the Women's Juvenile category, Carlota Garcia, recent finalist of the Rafa Nadal Tour in Madrid, won, with relative comfort, over Elene Churruca by the result of 6-2 6-3 and the Catalans Eudald González and José I. Cuevas played the Alevín Masculina final won by Eudald by the result of 6-3 6-2. In the Women's Infantile category, the player Martina genís , from Club Tennis Tarragona, played an excellent match to end up beating Carla Muro of Club Tennis Reus Monterols by the result of 6-4 6-1. In the Men's Infantile category, the Russian Philipp Avdeev , who has only conceded one game in the entire championship, overwhelmingly beat Lleida's Alex Oran 6-0 6-0, in a disputed final despite the final result.
