ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2022

CALL

By agreement of the Board of Directors of the Tarragona Tennis Club, the president Mr. Pere Ll. Bergadà Roig, in compliance with the statutory provisions, convenes Messrs. members to hold the ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY, at the Palacio de Congresos, at Carrer Arquitecte Rovira, 2, 43001 in Tarragona, on Friday 29 April, at 7 pm in the first call and at 7.30 pm in the second call , to deal with the following:

AGENDA

1. Report or Report on the activities for the year 2021.

2. Approval of the liquidation, balance sheet for the year 2021 and accounts. Presentation of the Audit report. 3. Presentation and approval, if applicable, of the 2022 Budget.

4. If there are any proposals that are made in writing, within five days from the time of the convening of the Assembly, a minimum of 5% of the voting members.

5. Announcement of the call for elections to the Board of Directors.

6. Prayers and questions.
