MARC CASTELLVÍ, ZARAGOSA CHALLENGE BRAND CHAMPION

Marc Castellví, member of the Tarragona Tennis Club and student of the Tennis Competition School, is having a difficult year to overcome.

And it is that, after being proclaimed Champion of Catalonia for Teams with Infantil A and in Mixed Doubles; and winning the Catalan League, now, he has achieved first place in the Marca Challenge Saragossa, held at the facilities of the Real Zaragoza Club de Tennis.

Marc, who was seeded number 2, in the Men's Children's category, had to overcome up to 5 rounds to get the trophy, WITHOUT LOSING ANY SEVEN!!!

• Quarters 6-0 6-1 vs. Sanz, L. (5)
• Semifinals 6-1 6-2 vs. Pons, M. (Player of the Tarragona Tennis Club)

We also highlight the participation in the tournament of other CTT players: Irache Alfaro, Genís Ribas, Benediktas Verkovkis, Álvaro Tormo and Marcel Pons.

Special mention to our Tennis School coach, Nando Elvira, for accompanying the young tennis players, and for becoming an unconditional support for them during the competitions.
