DR. GUILLERMO MENA SIGNS AN AGREEMENT TO COORDINATE A NEW SPACE FOR PERSONALIZED MEDICINE AND NUTRITION IN THE FACILITIES

Friends of the club, after almost 10 years working with you with the aim of promoting an active, healthy and sustainable lifestyle, I am very excited to present you the new space that I will coordinate of Personalized Medicine and Nutrition at our facilities. In this space, do not think that you will see only me, but also part of the team that is working behind me, making your goals come true in order to feel better and increase your quality of life. . This new club space has different responsibilities:

• Treatment and prevention of diseases under the medical team of Dr. Guillermo Mena Sánchez.
• Realize your goal of changing body composition and proper lifestyle, eating and training habits to maintain the result.
• Teach to sin wisely in order to enjoy life in all respects.
• Plan eating plans adapted to the lifestyle of each family.
• Promote sports activities at the club to educate the little ones in the field of food and health of the planet and maintain the quality of life of the older ones.

On behalf of the team I can only say that we are very excited to be able to take this step forward. Life is a flying path and there is nothing more important than knowing how to live it with balance, energy, health and happiness surrounded by the people you love the most.
