Convocation by the Assembly of Members of our club

Distinguished partners,

We are pleased to inform you that on Monday, September 28, we proceeded to publish in the Diari de Tarragona the call for the Assembly of Members of our club for October 15, 2020, to be held in the first call at 19.00 , and at 7.30 pm in the second call at the Palau de Congressos in our city of Tarragona. We enclose a copy of the call.

The delay in convening the Assembly was motivated by the restrictions imposed by the Spanish Government and, subsequently, by the Government of the Generalitat.

For this purpose, we would like to inform you that you have posted on the club's website, in the corresponding section, the transparency portal, the accounts for the 2019 financial year, the settlement of the 2019 budget and the budget for the 2020 financial year, in the tab 'REPORT', and the audit report

We must also inform you that due to the current health situation and the restrictions established by the Generalitat de Catalunya regarding group meetings, it is possible that this assembly may not finally be held. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as we have specific instructions, in this case, from the General Directorate of Sports of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

In any case, we also agree that if any member would like any clarification of the club's accounts for the 2019 financial year, the Audit report, the settlement of the 2019 budget or the budget for the 2020 financial year, you can contact us. to the club management and transfer the questions you deem appropriate, and we will gladly give you an answer.

Finally, we remind you and ask for careful compliance with the safety measures recommended by the health authorities in the premises of the Club.
