CALL FOR ELECTIONS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
TENNIS CLUB TARRAGONA

The Board of Directors held on 07-28-2022 has agreed to CALL ELECTIONS to be held on 09-09-2022 from (9) to (20) hours at the Club's headquarters.
The procedure will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes and in accordance with the following electoral procedure and calendar.

ELECTORAL CALENDAR

07-28-2022. Meeting of the board of directors to agree on the call for elections and to approve the content of the call in accordance with the Club Statutes and other applicable regulations (Phases process and calendar).

29-7- 2022. Publication of the call for elections and making available to members the list of members with the right to vote so that those interested, within a maximum period of five calendar days from the announcement of the call, formulate the timely claims before the Electoral Board.
Once this term has passed, and after resolving any complaints, the Electoral Board will approve the final list within the following three calendar days.

08-03-2022. Designation by lottery in a public event among all the full members of the three titular members and three substitutes of the Electoral Board

Place: Social headquarters of the club Members' Room at 10 am

08-03-2022. Constitution and taking possession and acceptance of the positions of the members of the Electoral Board:

04-08-2022. Last day to make complaints to the electoral roll by members

04 to 07-08-2022. Resolution of census complaints by the Electoral Board and approval of the definitive electoral census: 3 calendar days from the filing of the complaints.

07-08-2022. Last day for the resignation of the members of the Board of Directors who wish to stand for re-election.

08-08 to 18-8-2022. Presentation of candidacies.

19 to 21-8-2022. Provisional proclamation of candidacies by the Electoral Board: 3 calendar days from the end of the deadline for submitting candidacies.

*** A single candidacy and a new Board of Directors will be announced in the event that a single candidacy is presented or declared valid. If none of the candidacies presented were presented or declared valid, the Electoral Board will notify the Board of Directors or Management Committee, a body that must call new elections within a maximum period of three months. ***

22 to 24-8-2022. Deadline for contesting the announcement of candidacies.

25 to 27-8- 2022. Complaint resolution and definitive proclamation of candidacies and communication to interested parties.

*** In the event that the Board of Directors is proclaimed the only candidacy that had been presented, the call for the act of voting will be void.
Taking possession of the proclaimed sole candidates: 3 days from the proclamation. ***

- From 28-8-2022 to 07-9-2022 Electoral campaign:

- 9-9-2022 ACT OF VOTING AND COUNTING OF VOTES.

PLACE: Seu Social Club (Room) - HOURS:--- from ( 9 ) to ( 8 ) hours at the Club's social headquarters.

- 9-9-2022 Proclamation of winning candidacy: notify the Board of Directors or Management Committee of the entity, the Catalan Tennis Federation, and the other federations to which it is affiliated, and the Registry of Sports Entities of the Generalitat de Catalunya: 3 days from the date of the elections or from the proclamation by the Electoral Board as Board of Directors of the only candidacy presented and accepted.

*** If there is a tie between two or more candidacies, the votes must be repeated on the seventh day following, at the same place and time, between the tied. ***

*** Interposition of resources against the announcement of candidatures or against the winning candidacy: 3 days from the publication or notification of the resolution to be contested. ***

- From 9 to 11 of 9 -2022 Taking office of the elected candidates: 3 days from the proclamation.

INFORMATION RELEVANT TO THE ELECTORAL PROCESS

ARTICLE 21 Bylaws - The Board of Directors will be made up of a number of members of legal age not less than five nor more than twenty-one, who at the time of the call, do not have membership status suspended, and will be constituted by a President, one or more vice-presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, one or more members, and where appropriate, at least one member for each of the federated sections of the Club.

ARTICLE 23 Statutes - The duration of the positions of the members of the Board of Directors will be six years, and they may be re-elected for these six-year periods, indefinitely. Elections and renewals are total...

Conditions to be a voter and candidate.
ARTICLE 31 Bylaws - The electors and eligible must be members of number, of honor according to art. 7 of the present statutes, guardians and others of legal age and who do not have membership status suspended at the time of the call.

Members must prove their identity by means of a public identity document.
