AN EXTRAORDINARY STORM LEAVES A LARGE PART OF THE FACILITIES OF THE TARRAGONA TENNIS CLUB OUT OF SERVICE

Last Friday, September 23, a strong storm descended heavily on the city of Tarragona. The area of Cala Romana suffered serious flooding that left the facilities of the Tarragona Tennis Club out of service for 48 hours.
The maintenance and administration team worked at full speed for two days, in order to recover the most damaged areas of the club area. The facilities in the Park area will remain out of service for the time required for their reconstruction, meanwhile everyone will be able to use and enjoy the club area. In addition, lockers have been made available to members who have rented one in the Park area.
The recovery work will last for weeks. In recent days the club has received a visit from Tarragona City Council, concerned about the general state of the environment and our facilities as well as the experts who have to quantify the damage.
The club takes advantage of this news to thank the shows of support received by our members, as well as from different clubs and entities in the province. We remind all members that you have a tennis court and a paddle court at your service during the established times at the facilities of the Tarragona Gymnastic Club, you can make the reservation at Playtomic.
