OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION 8 - COVID 19

Dear members,

First of all, we hope that you, your family and friends are in good health, and that you continue to follow the recommendations that are constantly coming to you to prevent the spread and spread of Covid-19.

We want to let you know that recently the General Secretariat of Sport of the Generalitat de Catalunya has
published two press releases, which we think may be of interest to you. A compilation of clarifications on the payment of the dues of sports entities and companies during the
coronavirus health crisis; the other includes new extraordinary measures aimed at the Catalan sports sector to address the health, economic and social impact of Covid-19.

The membership fee is essential for the survival of our Club, remember that we are all co-owners, so we ask you once again to make an effort to pay for it. However, once we have taken the appropriate steps to reduce our spending, we have decided to activate 2 actions that aim to minimize the impact that this abnormal situation can have on us:

1.- Apply a reduction of the social quota of a specific% throughout this April and with effects of the next receipt of May and later until the total or gradual opening of the club depending on the situation of real treasury, unpaid, needs, etc. that we are in that moment

2.- A plan to defer the social quota. If any of you is in a difficult and justified personal situation, unable to pay for the club's expenses, do not hesitate to contact our secretary, who will provide you with the documentation and the appropriate conditions for receiving it. know this measure.

Know that altering or removing the quota is not a decision that this Board of Directors can make without taking into account the majority will of the members, who must validate it in a General Assembly. This Board of Directors, due to the inability to convene an extraordinary meeting with all of you at this time, has been forced to deal with the best decisions it has deemed appropriate to ensure that it safeguards the interests of the entity in management of this sudden extremely complex situation. In any case, the reduction of the quota that may begin to be applied from the month of May or the flexibility in the postponement of the payment of the social quota of those who request it, must be subject to ratification by the General Assembly, which will be called as soon as the Club's activity is normalized.

With the current management carried out by saving and after meeting the priorities that the Club has on a monthly basis, any remnants that we are able to generate, if any, will be proposed in this Assembly that can be passed on to our quota at that time.

It only remains for us to resolve this crisis as soon as possible and with the least damage, and to meet again at our facilities to enjoy again the sport, the beach, the sun, the sea and, above all, , of the company and the affectemutu.
