OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION 7 - COVID 19

Dear members,

We send you this communication in order to keep you updated on the news and efforts that are taking place due to the exceptional situation that we are living in the state of alarm caused by the health crisis and which, of course, does not affect our Club much.

A few days ago we inform you that the quotas corresponding to the different schools of the Club, private lessons and other activities and services provided by and / or through the Club and that exceed the strict ordinary membership fee, would not be passed unfortunately

We couldn't help but miss the April installment.
We are a non-profit organization. A Club that is owned by its members, and

as such we are all responsible, and together we must strive for their maintenance and survival in this exceptional situation.

During the months of March and April we will have to face almost the same expenses as an ordinary month. We must assume the expenses of the proportional part of the salaries and salaries of the employees, supplies, quarterly taxes, payments to periodic suppliers, income from withholdings and contributions to social security, insurance, and bank loans. The decrease in expenses for the inactivity of the middle of the month of March is offset by the lower income due to the school, classes and other income of the club linked to the specific activity.

The Club has presented a first ERTE that affects 35 employees of our Club,

maintaining workers for essential and essential maintenance, cleaning and administration jobs; We cannot leave the Club and its facilities without a minimum of cleaning, maintenance and ordinary and extraordinary tasks of a complex administration that must assume these days.

We do not rule out once the exceptional situation is settled, proceed to a second ERTE, always ensuring the essential minimum of maintenance, cleaning and administration.

We have prepared and are fulfilling an emergency budget, in order to minimize expenses and to raise ourselves, a significant reduction in the quota for the month of May, but always from the maximum responsibility we have for the present and future of our Club.

We hope with these measures, to be able to face minimum obligations with a minimum economic impact for the partner.

We understand and share the great inconvenience this situation is posing to all of us.

This is precisely why we want to thank you sincerely for the effort you are making for our club.

Now the Club needs us all to keep it upright and in an optimum state to enjoy it again as soon as possible.

We do not want to end the statement without giving you the courage to overcome this extraordinarily difficult situation; take good care of yourselves these days, strictly follow the recommendations of the health authorities and soon we will meet again in our Club.
