OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION 1 - COVID 19

Dear members and students of the different schools of the Club:

The Tarragona Tennis Club is sensitive to the current situation generated by COVID-19 and adds to the social and health concerns generated.

The Board of Directors of the Institution believes that it is necessary to ensure the health of our members and students. For this reason, and following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, the Government of the Generalitat and the General Secretariat of Sports, we believe it is advisable to suspend, from March 12 to March 25, the different schools, courses and activities directed by the Club.

As for the federated competitions in the different disciplines of the Club, the head of each section will send in a separate statement the decisions on them.

This is a measure that is not intended to alarm but to contribute to the prevention and containment of COVID-19. This decision is modifiable over time depending on the evolution of the current circumstances and any change in this regard will be notified as soon as possible.

We take the opportunity to encourage members who use the facilities during this period to exceed the hygiene measures recommended by the health authorities.
