OPENING PROTOCOLS PHASE AND TARRAGONA TENNIS CLUB

The Camp de Tarragona region has been authorized to move to Phase I. We are ready to open the Club next Monday, May 11th.

At the moment the activities that can be carried out will be:

• Individual Tennis (only two people per court)

• Individual Paddle (only two people per track)

 

1.- INSTALLATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommendations for tennis and individual paddle:

• It is recommended not to change sides on the track

• Each member must bring their paddles / rackets and balls

• Do not share material with your playmate

• It will not be possible to rent equipment at the Club

• Avoid greetings at the end of playing time

• Do not share drinks

• Track benches may not be used

• The access doors to the tennis courts will be open and it will not be possible to close them

In this first week it will not be possible to take private tennis / paddle lessons.

Gymnasiums will not be accessible.

Remember that we are still in a state of alarm and that the main goal in this Phase I remains safety and health prevention.

Out of respect, solidarity and commitment to all people, we recommend using masks and gloves at the entrance / exit of the Club. As well as maintaining the safety distance of 2 meters with other people.

They will not be allowed, leagues, challenges or any type of championship in this Phase. You must arrive dressed to play shortly before the booked time (at the facility where the reservation is held), present yourself at the reception, and keep a record of the people who have accessed the facility. ) And after the playing time remain at the Club for as short a time as possible.

Club opening hours from Monday 11 May: 9 am to 9 pm.

The Hairdressing, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy and EMS services will be operational by appointment (consult telephone numbers on the Club's website and / or in the newsletters sent).

 

2.- RECEPTION OF TICKETS CLUB AREA AND PARK AREA:

The reception will be located at the entrance of both areas. It is mandatory to show up at reception before accessing the slopes. The facilities can only be accessed by reservation (APP or telephone). The reservation of the activity must be made before arrival at the Club. Only the person who has a reservation will be able to access, not companions.

 

In the case of minors, an accompanying adult will be able to access.

On the first day of the game (tennis or paddle), the signing of the certificate of commitment (parents in the case of minors) will be mandatory. You can find the document on this website: (paper copies will be available at reception)

App reservations will be available on Sunday 10 May

(24 hours before booking time) and the telephone booking will start the same Monday morning at the opening of the Club. Respect the safety distance to speak with reception. You will find most access doors open to prevent contacts. It will be possible to buy tennis / paddle tennis equipment (payment by bank account).

Remember that they do not have to access the facilities:

* Symptomatic people (fever above 37.3 ºC)

* Those who have been in contact with an infected person in the last 14 days

* Those who have symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat

3.- CLOTHING:

The changing rooms can only be accessed to collect box office supplies or use the toilets. Showers, saunas or Turkish baths will not be allowed. It will also not be allowed to use the benches or leave clothes in the dressing room. We recommend taking the box office material home for later days.

4. CLUB ROOMS / CHILDREN'S AREAS / NURSERIES / OFFICES / SPORTS AREA / TERRACES BAR:

They will remain closed until we move on to new phases. Prohibition of access to the Club's offices. Telephone contact is recommended. The Club's water sources will not be operational. Chairs, benches, high chairs or armchairs may not be used.
